Refund & Cancellation Policy

Each creation at Dums Handmade Crafts is meticulously hand-crocheted with yarn, passion, and care. We want you to love your handmade pieces as much as we love making them.

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date your shipment is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Received

Every package is thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, in the rare event that your product arrives damaged in transit or defective:

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide a clear unboxing video or photo showing the defect to info@dumshandmadecrafts.in.
Upon verification, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no additional shipping cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized or personalized crochet pieces made to unique measurements or specific color requests.
Items purchased during clearance sales or end-of-season promotional discounts.
Digital crochet pattern guides and downloadable PDF files.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been handed over to our courier partner. Once dispatched, standard return policy applies.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned item arrives at our studio and passes quality inspection, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
