You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item purchased from DUMS Handmade.
To initiate a return, simply contact our support team with your Order ID. We will issue a return authorization and provide detailed shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original product packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected at our workshop, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on item condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within 5-7 business days.

We check every single item before it departs our workshop. In the rare event that your handmade treasure is damaged during shipping transit, please contact us immediately with a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a free, pre-paid return label and craft a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
